Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives. 2. Identify and target key healthcare professionals, institutions, and organizations within the assigned territory. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators. 4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. 5. Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, benefits, and pricing. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. 8. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to generate leads and expand the customer base. 9. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. 10. Work closely with customer service and support teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven record of accomplishment of success in healthcare sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including healthcare products, services, and regulations. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
